Zoe sadly surveying the scene as all we catch of "Trevor Wishart's Beach Singularity" is the clean-up of assorted flags and the dismantling of sousaphones and trombones. We were up in Scarborough for the annual Sonic Arts Network festival where nerdy noise noodlers gather for a weekend chock-fill o' beach, beer, and blips. Zoe and Catrin's band played, but they were a lot cooler than these guys, who apparently walked around in the surf playing brass intruments before heading up to this circle of flags where they tooted aimlessly for three hours non-stop.
